There is a habit consider as a bad habit by everyone around the world, but never disappear from our life. Smoking cigarettes is a thing that gives us nothing except a huge negative effect, not only people smoking, but also people around smokers. There is many diseases such as cancer, respiratory illness, digestive disease, heart disease, caused by it, and many people died because of these diseases. People know quit smoking, we call it smoking cessation, is a best choice for everyone; however, it is very difficult thing because cigarettes are highly addictive, and also our living environment still permit smoking. To protect everyone’s health, not only smoking people have to determine to quit smoking, but also people and countries have to change their life system to support these people. Although some people claim smoking cigarettes is a good way to relax, it has incomparable demerits. According to CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), smoking will cause more than 8 million deaths annually by 2030, so this implies even if you can get momentary relax from smoking, most of the user will end up with death.
